• Wipe bamboo rack clean with a damp cloth; dry immediately with a tea towel.
• Do not submerge bamboo in water or expose to prolonged moisture.
• Hand wash glass jars only; ensure lids are completely dry before refilling.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent natural fading.
• For mould removal, apply distilled vinegar, leave for one hour, then wipe clean and dry thoroughly.

• How do I clean the jars?
  Hand wash the glass jars only, and make sure the lids are completely dry before refilling. Wipe the bamboo rack with a damp cloth and dry it straight away.
