Before You Begin

• Measure your cabinet: The product is designed for a nominal 500mm-wide base cabinet. Check the cabinet's internal width, height and depth before ordering and installation. Allow sufficient space for the complete pull-out system to operate. Check for hinges, plumbing, pipes, electrical connections, shelves or other obstructions that could interfere with the bins or pull-out mechanism.
• Prepare the cabinet: Remove items from the cabinet. Ensure the cabinet interior is clean and clear. Make sure the cabinet and installation surface are stable and suitable for the pull-out system.
• Check the product dimensions: System width: Adjustable from 462mm to 480mm. System depth: 520mm. System height: 620mm. Total bin capacity: 74L. Bin configuration: 2 × 37L bins.

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Step 1: Position the Pull-Out System: Place the complete pull-out bin system inside the cabinet and align it with the cabinet opening. The integrated runners are part of the pull-out system, so there is no separate runner installation or runner selection.
2. Step 2: Align the System: Check that the pull-out system is positioned squarely within the cabinet and that there is sufficient clearance on both sides for the runners and frame to operate.
3. Step 3: Secure the System: Secure the pull-out system to the cabinet using the mounting method specified in the supplied installation instructions. Do not add or assume screw locations, fixing points or hardware specifications unless they are confirmed in the supplier's installation instructions.
4. Step 4: Check the Bins: Confirm that both 37L bins are correctly positioned within the pull-out system and can be removed and replaced without obstruction.
5. Step 5: Test the Pull-Out Mechanism: Pull the system fully forward and push it back into the cabinet several times. Check that:
   • The system moves smoothly.
   • Both bins remain correctly positioned.
   • The bins and frame clear the cabinet sides.
   • The cabinet door and hinges do not interfere with operation.
   • The system can be fully opened and closed without obstruction.
