The 400mm measurement refers to the external width of the cabinet. Your cabinet must provide a clear internal width of 362–368mm, a minimum internal depth of 506mm and a minimum internal height of 570mm.

Cabinet construction can vary even when the external cabinet width is 400mm. Always measure the actual clear internal cabinet space before purchasing.

Runner-Included Variant: Supplies the bin, frame and 500mm soft-close runner system together as a complete set.

• Remove the bin and wash with warm, mild soapy water.
• Dry the bin thoroughly before returning it to the pull-out frame.
• Wipe the support frame with a soft, damp cloth when required.
• Keep runner tracks and moving components free from crumbs, dust and debris.
• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach and solvent-based cleaners.

Before Installation

1. Measure the clear internal width, depth and height of your cabinet.
2. Confirm the cabinet has a 400mm external width.
3. Confirm the clear internal width is between 362mm and 368mm.
4. Confirm there is at least 506mm of clear internal depth.
5. Confirm there is at least 570mm of clear internal height.
6. Check for hinges, plumbing, pipes, shelves, electrical connections and other obstructions.

Installation

1. If you selected the runner-included variant, install the supplied 500mm soft-close runner system according to the installation instructions. If you selected the runner-excluded variant, a compatible runner system must be supplied separately before fitting the pull-out frame.
2. Fit the pull-out support frame securely onto the runner system.
3. Fit and align the cabinet front according to the supplied installation instructions.
4. Place the 35L removable bin securely into the pull-out frame.
5. Fully extend and close the system several times to confirm smooth movement.
6. Confirm the soft-close mechanism operates correctly and the bin does not interfere with the cabinet during operation.

Important: Do not rely on the 400mm external cabinet measurement alone. Your cabinet must also provide 362–368mm internal width, 506mm minimum depth and 570mm minimum height.
