Designed for use within a compatible drawer system, the adjustable mounting configuration allows the assembly to suit spaces between 700–740mm wide and 423–490mm deep.

Each bin has a height of 230mm. The system is designed for soft-close operation when installed with the appropriate compatible drawer runners, providing smooth and controlled everyday use.

The 800mm measurement refers to the external cabinet width. The mounting configuration can be adjusted between 700–740mm wide and 423–490mm deep.

The 230mm measurement refers to the height of the bins themselves, not the total installed height of the drawer, runners or mounting system.

Always measure the clear internal drawer and cabinet space before ordering. Allow adequate clearance for the bins, mounting hardware, drawer components, lids, plumbing and any other obstructions.

• Remove the bins and wash with warm, mild soapy water.
• Dry all bins thoroughly before returning them to the drawer system.
• Wipe the mounting tray with a soft damp cloth when required.
• Keep drawer runners and moving components free from crumbs and debris.
• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach and solvent-based cleaners.

This bin system is designed for installation inside a compatible 800mm external-width cabinet.

Before You Begin

• Confirm the cabinet has an external width of 800mm.
• Measure the clear internal width and depth of the drawer or cabinet.
• Confirm the mounting configuration can be adjusted within the 700–740mm width range.
• Confirm the available depth is compatible with the 423–490mm adjustable depth range.
• The bins themselves are 230mm high. Allow additional vertical clearance for the mounting tray, drawer components, runners, lids and normal operation of the system.
• Check for plumbing, hinges, electrical connections and other obstructions.

Installation

1. Install the compatible drawer and soft-close runner system according to the runner manufacturer's instructions.
2. Adjust the bin mounting tray to suit the available internal drawer dimensions.
3. Secure the mounting tray to the compatible drawer system.
4. Position the two 15L bins and one 20L bin inside the tray.
5. Fit the corresponding lids.
6. Fully open and close the drawer several times to ensure the system moves smoothly and the soft-close mechanism operates correctly.

Important: The 230mm measurement is the bin height only. It should not be treated as the minimum internal cabinet height. Cabinet and drawer construction can vary, so always confirm sufficient clearance for the complete installed drawer and bin system before ordering.
