Each cabinet is manufactured from 16mm board and is supplied with 2 adjustable internal shelves, allowing you to position the shelves at a height that works for your storage needs.

Internal Measurements

Because the two side panels are each 16mm thick, the approximate internal clear width is 32mm less than the finished outside width.

For example:

• 600mm overall width: approximately 568mm internal clear width
• 900mm overall width: approximately 868mm internal clear width
• 1200mm overall width: approximately 1168mm internal clear width

The 2 adjustable shelves can be repositioned using the supplied shelf supports and pre-drilled shelf positions.

Before You Begin

• Check your components: Confirm that the cabinet panels, 2 adjustable shelves, screws and metal shelf supports are included before beginning assembly.
• Choose a suitable assembly area: Assemble the unit on a clean, level and protected surface to help prevent damage to the board finish.
• Check your measurements: As this product is made to your selected dimensions, confirm that the finished unit will suit the intended installation area before assembly.

Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Step 1: Attach the Side Panels to the Bottom: Position the left and right side panels against the bottom panel and secure them using the supplied screws.
2. Step 2: Install the Back Panel: Position the back panel correctly between the side panels and secure it in place using the supplied screws.
3. Step 3: Attach the Top Panel: Place the top panel onto the assembled cabinet structure and secure it using the supplied screws.
4. Step 4: Install the Shelf Supports: Insert the supplied metal shelf supports into the matching pre-drilled holes at your preferred shelf heights. Ensure all four supports for each shelf are installed at the same level.
5. Step 5: Insert the Adjustable Shelves: Carefully place each adjustable shelf onto the four shelf supports. Check that each shelf is sitting flat and securely supported before loading.
6. Step 6: Final Check: Confirm that all screws are secure, the cabinet is stable and both adjustable shelves are correctly supported before use.

Adjusting the Shelves

To change the shelf height, remove the shelf, reposition the four metal shelf supports into another set of matching pre-drilled holes, then place the shelf back onto the supports.

Important: Always use four shelf supports per adjustable shelf and ensure all four supports are positioned at the same height.
